What we collect

• Event inquiries: your name, phone, email, company, event date, guest count, preferences and notes you choose to send.
• Text list: your mobile number.
• Basic, anonymous site usage data such as pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, plan your event, and, if you joined the text list, send you news about special events. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you join the text list you agree to receive recurring texts from Javier's Downtown. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to store form submissions and send email. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Reservations and orders

Reservations are handled by OpenTable and online orders by Toast. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.
